PVDF(polyvinylidene fluoride)

PVDF is a thermoplastic fluoropolymer, it is vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or VDF, HFP copolymer.
Appearance: white solid powder or white translucent solid pellets

PVDF structure with fluoride-carbon chemical bond, this most stable chemical bond make fluorocarbon coatings with specific physical and chemical properties, not only has properties of strong wear resistance and impact resistance, and has very high fade resistance and ultraviolet resistance in extremely harsh environment .
PVDF resin has a low density (1.78) and low cost compared to the other fluoropolymers. It is available as piping products, sheet, tubing, films, plate and an insulator for premium wire. It can be injected, molded or welded and is commonly used in the chemical, semiconductor, medical and defense industries, as well as in lithium ion batteries. It is also available as a crosslinked closed cell foam, used increasingly in aviation and aerospace applications.

Ofluorine PVDF applications
Applications mainly in the petrochemical, electrical and electronic, and fluorocarbon coatings fields.
It is the best materials of pumps, valves, pipes, pipe fittings, tanks and heat exchangers in oil or fluid handling system because its chemical corrosion resistance, workability, fatigue resistance and creep resistance properties.
PVDF material be widely used in high purity chemical goods' storage and transportation in semiconductor industry because its chemical stability and electrical insulation.
In the application of lithium-ion batteries binder, it is the fastest-growing makert in the recent years.
It is one of the most important raw materials of PVDF coatings, PVDF resin has superior weatherability, long-term use and without maintenance, so PVDF coating are widely used in power stations, airports, highways, high-rise buildings and so on.
Our T-1 PVDF be used in PVDF liquid coating, T-2 be used in powder coating, D-1 be used in lithium-ion battery as binders, Ofluorine 904 is for water treatment membranes, J-2, Z-1, M-1 often be used in manufacturing PVDF tubing, piping, valves, pumps, sheets etc. It is suitable in extrusion molding, injection molding, compression molding. We developed PVDF copolymer, model 9201, 9202 and 9203, they are can be used in cable.
